Burn Fat
Regular,
moderate, aerobic exercise three to four times per week is
an important part of the equation to burn stored fat.
Work out for you!
Work out because you want to and not because your spouse,
significant other, peers, etc. told you to. You'll never make
it if you are just doing it because some one said you should.
You'll make it when you want to do it because you deserve
it and it feels good and its something you want to do for
you!
Complex Carbohydrates
Eat as few processed foods as possible. Aim for complex
carbohydrates and natural simple sugars. Watch for hidden
sugar in foods, often disguising itself using another name.
Ingredients like corn syrup, honey, maple syrup, maltodextrin,
sucrose or any ingredient ending in "ose" is also
known as sugar. Hidden sugars can pack on calories quickly
so make sure you count them in your daily calorie intake.
Crunches
To do the perfect crunch, lie on the floor with knees bent
and arms crossed in front of your chest. Pull your belly
button in towards your spine and slowly contract your abs,
lifting your shoulders 1-3 inches off the floor. Focus on
shortening the distance between the bottom of your rib cage
and your pelvis. Slowly lower your shoulders but don't relax
all the way.
